Pierre Dagard is European Affairs Officer within the Directorate for European and International Affairs at the French media regulatory authority (Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel).
He has more than 5 years experience in EU media & digital policy. Pierre Dagard is also a permanent member of the Commission Expert Group on a ‘Safer Internet for Children’ and the CSA representative within the European Regulators‘ Group for Audiovisual Media Services (ERGA).
He holds one Master of Laws in European Law from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) and one Master degree in European affairs from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux (France).
